Construction of cogeneration gas piston plants at the Mykolaiv CHP
1. Development of design and estimate documentation for the Working Project stage:
passing a comprehensive state examination and obtaining a positive conclusion;
passing the environmental impact assessment procedure with obtaining a positive conclusion;
development and registration of a technical passport;
support in putting the facility into operation and obtaining a certificate of completion of the facility;
assignment of a legal address and registration of ownership of the facility
2. Implementation of a complex of construction and installation works:
construction of cogeneration gas piston plants based on 3 gas piston plants (GPP) manufactured by the Caterpillar XGC1900 type with a total electrical capacity of 5.7 MW (1.9 MW each) with waste heat boilers.
arrangement of external electrical and gas networks, including connection of a complex of cogeneration gas piston plants to electric and gas networks;
installation of heat utilizers;
connection of a complex of cogeneration gas piston plants to heat networks;
installation of a technical unit for metering gas, heat and electricity on the unit;
installation of a gas regulating point;
installation of ultrasonic meters with a volume conversion device to standard conditions.
The cogeneration gas piston complex is designed to meet its own needs and implement a parallel operation mode with the power system and operates in cogeneration mode: generation of electric energy together with generation of heat energy, which is simultaneously directed to heating the coolant in the heat network.
