- arranging the connection of the projected 110 kV KL to the existing 110 kV VRP;
- installation of three sets of 110 kV voltage transformers and their disconnectors;
- installation of 110 kV current transformers in an automatic jumper;
- replacement of 110 kV current transformers and their clamp boxes;
- replacement of high-voltage equipment in 110 kV neutrals.
Construction of a 110 kV cable line:
- laying KL-110 kV from the support of the 110 kV PL "North - Irpin No. 3" to the 110/35/10 kV substation "Bilychi";
- arrangement of aerial cable connection (PKZ) on the support;
- installation of end cable couplings and 110 kV surge arresters at the 110/35/10 kV "Bilychi" substation.
Reconstruction of the network of own needs:
- protection of 110 kV lines "Irpin", "Sivchna";
- protection of 35 kV lines "Brest-Litovska A", "Brest-Litovska B";
- tap-changer automation of existing power transformers T-1, T-2, T-3;
- protection and automation TN-110-35 kV;
- central alarm system.
