2019-2020 
The project provides for:
- construction of eight new 10 kV cable lines (CL-10 kV) using single-core cables with sealed aluminum conductors with cross-sections of 120 and 240 mm² and XLPE insulation of type APvEgaPu-20 kV, with a total length of 5,400 m;
- replacement of TP-888 with package transformer substation BKTP-10/0.4 kV No.1 equipped with two transformers rated at 2×630 kVA and seven 10 kV line cells;
- installation of two 10/0.4 kV transformer substations (KTP) to enable connection of the new 10 kV cable line;
- replacement of TP-5950 with BKTP-10/0.4 kV No.2 equipped with a 630 kVA transformer and provision for one additional 10 kV line cell;
- reconstruction of the 0.4 kV switchgear (RU-0.4 kV) at TP-1687;
- installation of 14 cable assemblies of type ZKU on poles with general technical metering equipment, and execution of the required number of 0.4 kV cable outlets in the ground to the respective poles;
- power supply to poles from RU-0.4 kV of TP-888, TP-1687, TP-5950, and TP-898 via 0.4 kV cable outlets with a total length of 4,000 m;
- replacement of poles and all main 0.4 kV overhead lines (PL-0.4 kV) with insulated overhead lines (PLI-0.4 kV) using 4×95 mm² self-supporting insulated wire (SIP), with a total length of 8,500 m;
- switching existing consumers to the new insulated 0.4 kV overhead lines (PLI-0.4 kV);
