330 kV “Khmelnytska” Substation

According to the contract, the following works are to be performed:

• Installation of 330 kV three-phase autotransformers – 2 units;
• Replacement of damaged current transformers – 330 kV 2000/5 – 2 sets;
• Replacement of damaged current transformers – 110 kV – 10 sets;
• Replacement of damaged 110 kV circuit breakers – 4 units;
• Installation of USO-2A type support structures;
• Dismantling of remaining parts (frames and drives) of 330 kV disconnectors;
• Installation of 330 kV disconnectors – 5 units;
• Installation and commissioning of control interlocking and 0.4 kV power supply circuits (cable trays);
• Dismantling and installation of 330 kV busbar supports – 14 units;
• Dismantling, installation, and connection of 330 kV surge arresters for AT-2 with operation counters – 3 units;
• Installation of 330 kV surge arrester for AT-3 – 1 set;
• Installation and connection of 10 kV surge arresters – 6 units for AT-2 and AT-3;
• Installation and connection of existing 110 kV surge arresters for AT-2 and AT-3 – 2 sets;
• Installation of 330 kV busbar system;
• Installation of busbar system in 330 kV bay 4B;
• Repair of 21 USO-2A support structures for 110 kV disconnectors and busbar supports;
• Dismantling of remaining equipment and installation of 10 units of 110 kV disconnectors;
• Replacement of linear disconnector drives (dismantling of linear disconnector drive without grounding knives – 13 units);
• Installation of 110 kV busbar system in bays 1SS-110 (3 bays);
• Installation of 110 kV autotransformer inlet busbar system for AT-2 and AT-3;
• Installation of PSL-110 portal structures – 3 units;
• Installation of disconnectors with PR(3) drive type RDZ-2-35/3150;
• Installation of IPU-10/3150-12.5 UHL1 insulators;
• Installation of auxiliary power supply switchboard and DC switchboard;
• Installation of 6–35 kV grounding reactor with a capacity of 500 kVA;
• Laying of 35 kV power cable on installed trays – 2190 m;
• Commissioning works;
• Adjustment of relay protection and automation (main and backup protection of autotransformers).
