Reconstruction of the 110 kV substation:
- Connection of the planned 110 kV cable line to the existing 110 kV substation;
- Installation of three sets of 110 kV voltage transformers and their disconnectors;
- Installation of 110 kV current transformers in the automatic switchgear;
- replacement of 110 kV current transformers and their terminal boxes;
- replacement of high-voltage equipment in 110 kV neutral points.
Construction of a 110 kV cable line:
- laying of the 110 kV cable line from the 110 kV overhead line tower “Pivnichna – Irpin No. 3” to the 110/35/10 kV substation “Bilychi”;
- Installation of an overhead-cable connection (OCC) on the tower;
- Installation of 110 kV cable terminations and overhead line protection at the 110/35/10 kV “Bilychi” substation.
Reconstruction of the internal power supply network:
- protection of the 110 kV ‘Irpin’ and “Pivnichna” lines;
- protection of the 35 kV “Brest-Litovsk A” and “Brest-Litovsk B” lines;
- automatic protection of the existing power transformers T-1, T-2, and T-3;
- protection and automation of the 110-35 kV transformer substation;
- central signaling system.
