- Demolition of existing покрытия (surfaces/structures)

- Construction of foundations for installation of three gas piston units type XGC1900, 6.3 kV switchgear (RP-6.3 kV), three transformer substations (KTP-0.4/6.3 kV), supporting structures, and inspection platforms
- Installation of three gas piston units type XGC1900, RP-6.3 kV, three KTP-0.4/6.3 kV
- Construction of a network distribution station
- Installation of hot water heating network pipelines (Ø 159–273 mm) and supporting structures
- Installation of protection for critical elements of the facility
- Construction of an automated commercial electricity metering system (ASKOE)
- Laying of a gas pipeline to three gas piston units type XGC1900 with a capacity of 1900 kW each
- Construction of an above-ground medium-pressure steel gas pipeline (Ø 89–400 mm) and supporting structures
- Installation of a commercial gas metering unit
- Implementation of an integrated automated control system
- Construction of an automatic fire protection system
- Retrofit of cell No. 7 of 6.3 kV switchgear (GRU-6.3 kV)
- Installation of relay protection with installation of automation and protection cabinet
- Construction of 0.4 kV cable line from the gas unit (KGU) to KTP-0.4/6.3 kV
- Construction of 6.3 kV cable line from KTP-0.4/6.3 kV to RP-6.3 kV
